Our system accepts only file inputs conforming to these standards;
    1). Single named. This means, files which contain a single word, name, phase or combination of letters and numbers with no spaces, "-", "_" or "@" in the name.
    2). 1-15 characters long

    3). No special characters. Letters and numbers only.

    4). The username you choose must also follow the above rules. No email addresses as username please

You may use files which do not fit the above standards. Simply rename the files you wish to use prior to uploading.

     Gedcom files with the .GED extention. No .TFW files will work.

However, simply renaming .tfw files to .ged will not work. Use your version of "Family Tree" to export your information into a "Gedcom" (.ged) will usually solve this.

Following these standards will eliminate 95% of the problems reported by members.
